Each team is composed of 2 men and one woman plus two alternates


All three members must be present at the event to receive points


We will be using CEC point system for tracking points (3 best local results, best regional and results from Nationals)


If all three team members make finals the team will receive bonus points (20 for Locals, 50 for Regionals and 150 for Nationals)


Number of competitors that make finals is to be determined by host gym (normally 6-10)


You can name 2 alternates for the season – 1 male and 1 female (incase of injury or if a team member cannot travel to the event). Team list must be submitted before each comp.

Provincial pride is at stake. Which province has the best team?
